Day 17- And Honey I Didn’t Know That I’d Be Missing You So

Come May 20 it’ll be alright. The weather and atmosphere today were on the dreary side. So my thoughts took me in that direction though the walk was fairly easy for basically all 15 miles. I shared the Camino with lots of locals. I saw a number of couples walking together. It reminded me of all the walking Carla and I do together. That reminder triggered a real sense of how much I miss Carla. While we talk every day, today’s doldrums put focus on how far away we are from each other and how long it will be until we are reunited. Carla, I love you and I miss you.
